Despite reports that everyone is “Zoomed out” right now, attendance of our virtual sessions has skyrocketed this year – and shows no signs of slowing down! Spoiler alert: Lori’s working on revamping her virtual sessions for 2021, so stay tuned for more on that.
Our latest Learner of the Month, Tessem Beckmann of Nashville Office Interiors found them to be her favorite part of INDEAL U, spending several hours in Lori’s live sessions expanding her industry knowledge.
“I really enjoyed the virtual sessions and the broad spectrum of what is taught through them. Being that I have some experience in the industry I was a little surprised how much I was learning from the beginner sessions. The Industry Overview was informative and engaging even though I had already learned some of the material.”

We asked Tessem how she sees herself applying her learnings to her role and she had this to say:
“I have been working at my current Dealership for a year and a half. Since we are a Haworth Dealership, Haworth has been my first experience with product knowledge. INDEAL has been a resource available to me since I started, but I never really got an overview of the benefits of the company. Since participating in INDEAL U, I will be applying all the product knowledge, the resources provided by INDEAL and industry knowledge I’ve learned from the virtual sessions and apply all this to my future processes and projects.”
We’re so glad you’ve gotten to know INDEAL, Tessem, and thanks for spending your valuable time with us in INDEAL U!
