Congrats to Our Latest Learner of the Month

Not only did our most recent Learner of the Month complete an impressive 50 lessons in our video library within one month, but she also attended and actively participated in all of Lori’s live webinars!

“Love, love, love the webinars. Lori is so knowledgeable and keeps the sessions flowing without overwhelming the listener.”

Cheers to Natasha Doorn of HBI Office Plus, a Canadian Haworth dealership, for being our Learner of the Month for September.

Natasha Doorn, HBI Office Plus

“I have a lot of takeaways so far from the webinars as well as the resources from the library. With understanding what questions to ask the customer it will help me determine what will best suit the customer needs. In all of my years I have always struggled with not knowing which questions to ask to help me determine the right choice. So INDEAL U has given me the tools to be in control of the decision-making process in regard to furniture.”

When we asked her to sum up her INDEAL U experience, Natasha said, “INDEAL U is a great resource for anyone that is relatively new in this field of work. They provide you with tools, knowledge, and a better understanding of what is needed to make you SUCCESSFUL.”

Now let’s get to know Natasha a little better!

Q: What’s your favorite song to listen to when you need a break?
A:  Fancy – Reba McEntire

Q: If you could go back to school to study anything you wanted, what would you pick?
A: To study the organisms and ecosystems of the ocean and salt water environments has always been something I have wanted to study since I was a young girl. So if I went back to school I would study Marine Biology.

Q: What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?
A: If I could do one thing without money or time being an issue, I would spend it fishing all over the world.

Q: What’s the most useless talent you have?
A: I can hold my breath underwater for quite a bit of time before needing air.

Q: What could you give a presentation on with absolutely no preparation?
A: All the steps required to do the breaststroke in swimming.

Q: If your life was a book, what would its title be?
A: Coffee, Then Adulting!

Q: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A: “I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
