When we asked her how she’ll apply what she learned in INDEAL U she told us, “These courses are a great introduction to the contract furniture industry. I can see myself using this curriculum as training for salespeople, new and current, to elevate product knowledge, sales strategy and daily best practices.”
Her favorite part of the program is the Fast Facts course in the video library. “I learned something new in each of the chapters of this module. Righty Heighty, Foam Fundamentals, Abrasion Testing, and I especially loved the Bottom Up Selling for task chairs.”

A: Listening to anything by Deva Premal or Craig Pruess & Ananda is the fastest way to give my brain a break.
Q: If you could go back to school to study anything you wanted, what would you pick?
A: Midwifery

A: I’d take a very deep dive into astrology.

A: Kondo-style/precision folding of clothes and towels
